How Do You Deal With Fear at Night?

Many people don’t talk about it, but fear often shows up when everything gets quiet.
Sometimes it’s not loud—it comes as a whisper: “What if it fails?”“What if things don’t work out this time?”
Those small whispers can feel heavier at night, especially when you’re tired or emotionally stretched.

But the Bible reminds us that fear isn’t part of who God made us to be.
2 Timothy 1:7 says we carry power, love, and a sound mind—not timidity.
That means courage is not something we’re trying to get… it’s already in us through the Holy Spirit.

Tonight’s message on PrayerPrompt.org is about confronting those inner whispers, refusing to bow to fear, and rising in boldness.
It also includes thanksgiving prayers, a night prayer of courage, worship songs, intercession points, and declarations to speak over your life before sleeping.
